Balcone delle mura location is very central right next to the cathedral although in a quiet street. Only 10 min to the beach on foot. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is fully equiped, there was a washing machine, hair dryer, fridge. It was clean and comfortable.

It was a bit difficult to communicate with the host since they don't speak English and all of the mesaages except for the first one were in Italian. There was a bit of miscomunication. All things considered it is a minor inconvenience and we still had a pleasant stay.

No breakfast, just 2 packages of litlle toasted bread and tea/ coffee options. Bed was comfortable. The Sicillian man & woman art on the wall was too creepy. Espresso machine in the kitchen but I am not sure they perfectly clean? No french press or coffee machine.

Towels were stained. Also they wrote about the key handling rules and 20 euros of penalty but the system they did was not working properly, so there was a bit of anxiety in the entry time. nice to find shampoos left from old visitors in the bath. The stairs was too steep and narrow for information with mobility problemed people. No mosquito nets in the windows.

Location was excellent, we didn’t realise how great it was when we booked it but it couldn’t have been better! Near all the restaurants, shops, and beach. Has a cute little balcony over a quiet street. Nearing the end of our 3 weeks of travel, a big drawcard for us was the washing machine (BYO soap).

Felt more like we were staying in someone’s home for the weekend, rather than a hire property. And I think due to the proximity of the beach, there was a lot of sand on the floors (despite them having been mopped before we arrived; might need a vacuum or a good sweep).

The location was fantastic - in the heart of Cefalù! The room was clean and sunny. There is also a kitchen with everything you need and washing machine.

Wonderful location just next to the cathedral, close to the sea and to the path up the hill (strongly recommending, perfect nature, beautiful views!). Comfortable beds, balcony with a nice view. Nice café just 50m. All the family excited, Cefalù is just the best! (except for the parking, watch out not to get fined🤪), parking at the train station is ok and cheap.
