It started with poor communication per Email, I had to write two reminders to finaly get the answers on my questions (the host replied one month later). We were charged 30 EUR more than the price on the site (apparently for bedlinen) On the site there are 2-3 pictures with the sauna, but zero instructions where it actually is and how to use it... We got the keys easy but on the appartment door is no name, just the number, so you have to guess the right door. No soap in the bathroom. No shower towels. No shower curtain (bath) No sugar in the kitchen, not enough paper towels. Poor internet connection
