The response and hospitality of the owners. They were very care taking and attended the needs.

This property is the worst property... always after confirmation when we call the property owner, they say that some renovation work is going on or the previous guest has extended the room.... this is the third time that am getting same excuses.

The property is located in a very good place in the centre of the city. Nearer to shops, restaurants and public transport. Property has all amenities including fridge, washing machine, oven, RO water filter, stove, utensils, provision to dry clothes, tv, dining table, sofa, wardrobes, geyser etc. 2 double beds with comfortable bedsheets. Towels provided.

While they property is maintained very well, it's an old property. As such, pipes in washroom are rusted. Tiles look bad due to extreme wear and tear. There is only 1 geyser, so you must carry hot water to the 2nd bathroom to use both simultaneously. Only 1 bathroom has Western commode, 2nd one is Indian.

The host was so close to us and they invited us to their home too. I will prefer the house with my next visit to Chennai

While we were leaving we became emotional and we thought definitely we will come here again. The atmosphere, the surroundings, the homely environment (even it is old fashioned) we liked most. Uncle and Aunty are so friendly and helping that they left no stone unturned to fulfill our requirements. Especially the kitchen is equipped with all utensils and there have refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, gas, induction cooker etc. We cooked almost all our meals. The rooms are also spacious with AC. Lastly, my 8 years son becomes very fond of the cute dog and he already missing the dog now.
