34 Cuppin Street - luxury city centre apartment!

Really happy with the whole apartment, clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great location. There were some nice little added touches from the host too which was really nice. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing i didn't like but the only slight negative was how thin the walls were. It could be quite noisy now and then but for us it didn't ruin the experience at all.

Property was very clean, facilities were good and had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication from the owner, with comprehensive and clear instructions for getting to the property, entry and a folder detailing everything you need about the apartment and the City!

The WiFi is not the best, but unfortunately l think this is a common issue within Chester city centre. Even the data connections on our mobile phones were very intermittent. However, it did not spoil our visit and we would happily stay at the property again.

It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was so close to the restaurants and shops. We had a lovely time

The stay exceeded my expectations, hosts asked for info on my stay to cater to my needs (board games and sweets). My partner even got a birthday card from the hosts. It was a delightful evening!

Really lovely property in a great location, down a quiet street but only a short walk from the city attractions. Laura was really helpful and a great host - the communication was great. She also arranged a bottle of Prosecco on ice for arrival as we were celebrating which was lovely. The kitchen and bedroom were very clean and were comfortable and kitted out with everything you would need.

Prior to arrival I had been warned about some issues with a water leak in the upstairs flat, this had meant the bathroom was part re-decorated. Normally I wouldn’t flag this as an issue as I understand these things happen and cannot be helped. However, I did feel as though this had meant the bathroom had not been properly cleaned prior to arrival - with some build up of mould around tap, shower screen, and shower head. This was a bit disappointing as one of the main reasons for picking the property was due to the exceptionally high cleanliness ratings.

Apartment was exceptional, convenient and spacious with outstanding quality ! Will 100% stay again
