Pas de petit déjeuner, mais nous ne l'avions pas prévu Appartement propre et spacieux , assez calme, très proche du centre ville. Restaurant et promenades à proximité

Difficulté pour trouver le bâtiment.. Digicode pas très opérationnel ( 30 min pour entrer dans le bâtiment ) Chaleur abominable et climatiseurs pas en fonction a notre arrivée ( 35 degrés ) ce jour là à Coimbra... 1 grand lit avec un seul chevet? La lampe sans ampoule sur ce chevet..? Même pas une bouteille d'eau minérale dans le réfrigérateur...?

Apartment location is great, it was very clean. It looks very nice on a first glance. Has AC which was great. Has a minimal set of everything. Clean Towels for everyone.

Many things in dire need of maintenance. The living room chairs are just kind of falling a apart leaving a trail of debris, the kitchen faucet was very loose and just snapped the second time it was used. Several lights did not work at all ( or lamps missing light bulbs) There's not enough plates for two meals, you have to wash everything on every meal. The only sharp knife was just broke backward, nearly cut myself trying to use it The bathroom is way to crammed, hard to use the toilet Overall maintenance on walls (holes) lacking

The beds were very hard

Nice location, a bit outside of noisy streets but still relatively close to the center and close to our point of interest - we were attending an event in a hotel nearby.

In our view the place needs some love. The charging rate suggests that visitor going to have everything up to an acceptable standard, but some aspects are not (see photos): 1) some kitchen utensils are crying for renovation; 2) this is 2 bedroom flat but the doors in both bedrooms cannot be closed - one has broken handler while another just cannot fit the door frame. So if you traveling with kids and want them to go to bed earlier and close the door - you need to invent something.

Clean and very well equipped property with more amenities included than was expected. Even much more expensive properties fail to include many essentials these days. This property was very impressive in that regard.

One of the mattresses in the bedroom had very worn out springs thus resulting in a bit of discomfort as the bed sunk. The cutlery was strangely missing and the building's elevator was out of service for the duration of our stay. However, this is not the fault of the property owner.

there was a washing machine and air conditioning which were really helpful

the door on the master bedroom didn’t close and there is no lock on the bathroom. the supermarket that used to be close by has closed making self catering for 1 night difficult

Apartment was spacious. There was an elevator and easy parking. Short walk to the waterfront and a bit longer into Coimbra. Had a washing machine.

Bed was hard. Apartment needs a few things fixed - paint on some walls, kitchen tap, bathroom cupboard. Very few restaurants etc. in the immediate area.
