Very clean place

The bed

the house was new and very clean, when we first arrived we had a good first impresson, however that changed as we got to know the place.

First of all, we stayed during the Winter and needed warm accommodations and hot showers, we didn’t get any of that. The water gets hot via a boiler, however it only had 25L of hot water, for a family of four we couldn’t take showers for longer than 5 min, cold minutes might I add. We called in the hostess but she wasn’t helpful and did nothing to change the situation, if the place is marketed towards four people it should account to such. Moreover, we only had one heater and the beds were uncomfortable, it was not a pleasant stay whatsoever.

Great location, really close to big shopping mall (ALMA) and walking distance to Park Verde. Nicely renovated apartment. Easy check-in and clear instructions on how to get in. comfortable beds and very warm apartment (good option if you are visiting in cold months).

wifi signal was good only before 7/8 am and after midnight. Helps to unwind and stay away from social networks, but interfered with basic connection and checking news/messages. Also, there's not much daylight in the room, which is a small point for many, but if you are staying indoors for sometime, can be uncomfortable.
