Apto simpático, bem localizado, higiene impecável. Mas falta um ar condicionado, foi insuportável dormir com o calor, não tem janelas no quarto, o AC faz toda a diferença.

Only one window/main door entrance, hardly ventilated. A bit noisy from the cars just outside (b/c it's a grounfloor).

The room is extremely well located, a couple minutes walk from the centre, the park, the stores, restaurants. Everything is very clean, very neat, well decorated and comfortable. The apartment is rather small, but doesn't feel tight, I was with a family of four and we circulated well. Room has a large and comfortable bed, same with the sofa/bed. The kitchen, room and bathroom are equipped with everything that is indispensable. Full tv and internet service. "Automatic check-in/out". Keys are taken from a lock box via a code. You never engage with a person except by email. This can be good or bad depending on your preference. This likely allows keeping the room more affordable, which I appreciate.

Apartment only has a single source of natural light from the door and through a clear glass window. There are curtains but if you raise them you lose privacy because apartment is at street level. Sitting at street level, by a moderately used road using stone pavement, which means that the apartment becomes very noisy every time a car passes through, and this happens at all hours. If you have a light sleep, this might keep waking you up at night. On the bedroom, there are some large storage cabinets directly above the head when you are laying on the bed. This can be confusing and discomforting for some people. "Automatic check-in/out". Keys are taken from a lock box via a code. You never engage with a person except by email.
