The location and the flat itself. Nice, clean, comfortable.

The garbage bins below the windows are nothing nice. I would put them into some box or behind some wall. And the yard would look much better if it were a bit more organised and cleaner.

"Great times in the Garden"

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Lovely quiet area and welcoming host. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Nothing of note, only for my own safety a handle for getting in/out of shower would be helpful.
