On first appearance the apartment is clean and tidy. Brilliant communication from the owners. There are supermarkets within 5 minute walks and the same for public transport. Trains run direct to Cologne center.

Upon getting ready to leave we stripped the bedding to be mortified by the state of the mattress and pillows. They look like they've been in a club 18-30 let for 30 years.

the pictures of this apartment on the website and live are not the same! the pictures are lasered and the apartment doesn't look like this at all! I was robbed! I paid €1300 for that hole in the accommodation! I'm really disappointed! all ANTI-RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS APARTMENT I'm very sorry that I didn't take a picture of the apartment as soon as I got there

It was clean and comfy better than what I expected

It’s was in the 3rd floor so maybe it’s hard for those who get tired by going on the stairs as there was no elevator, but in general it was good

the property was that bad we did not end up staying in it and when asking for a refund or trying to get in contact with the property owner we have been blanked. so out a lot of money and ruined holiday

attitude of the apartment owner was rude, won't book this property any more

There were no breakfast. However, the nearest big shop was not far away (around 10-15 min of walking), so it wasn't a big deal.

The process of getting keys took around 1 hour. Also, the trash bin near the house was almost always full. All the rest was fine...
