MJM Villa

The property was in a prime location yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. It was very easy to access shops, restaurants, the beach, and everything we needed. The stay was incredibly calm and relaxing, with comfortable air-conditioned rooms and a well-equipped bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. Everything about the place was perfect.

The kitchen felt a bit old and had a slight smell—it could use some refurbishment. Adding a few more pans and utensils would also make cooking or heating food easier.

Nice apartment in a quiet area, near sevral shops and restaurants. Kind and helpful owner. Great value in Colombo.

Very calm and quiet place. It’s a prime location. Also the owners are very polite and genuine in. I recommend this place for anyone who looking for family friendly place in colombo.

Location, Facility, Comfort and equipped with all necessary things- Fully Automatic washing machine, Microwave oven, All necessary Kitchen wears, Dining area, Common area with TV, Wifi speed is good etc….

No Air condition for common area, which can’t stay in very hot climate situation.
