It was really hard for me to find the location. I was very close (50 to 100m) to the location I called to the property but he didn't quite helpful. I waited around 30min and left the place

Hotel manager did not give a room for the booking.com price. I showed him my ebooking email and the price I agreed. But Hotel Manager told that booking.com price is wrong and informed me to pay higher amount. Therefore I refused to pay his price and come back to Colombo to find another Hotel.
