Cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the Gudauri centre - ski in/ ski out

Very convenient location, just enough room space for our family of 4.

Отличное расположение, 5 минут до зеленой трассы и подъемника 👍 Изумительный вид из окна! Рядом есть рестораны, при отелях. Прямо в здании продуктовый магазин. Надо учитывать, что до Нового Гудаури только такси, т.к. все локации курорта расположены на разных уровнях и добираться по горам через снег или по трассе с попутными фурами так себе вариант. Внимательная и отзывчивая хозяйка! Спасибо !

Это не недостаток, но для длительного проживания большой семьи с детьми для полного счастья не хватало стиральной машины и посудомойки. По ночам иногда было прохладно, но и температура на улице была под минус 20. В душевой плохо загерметизировали стекло, сильно подтекает. В остальном - все прекрасно 👍

Very comfortable beds and good space compared to many ski apartments. Great location near good restaurants and very close to one of the pistes. Easy to park and access the property.

It would be great to have a few more pieces of cooking equipment/pans/utensils.

They ask for 50% of the price in advance, which entails expenses and commissions. They don't give other options.

The apartments are very cool. The view is amazing. The home is very warm, although it was -20 outside. They made a threshold in the bathroom and now there is no water on the floor! 100 meters to the mountain!

There was only one saucepan and one frying pan. we would like at least two each)))

I think it's a good apartments for family with kid's or a romantic couple to stay for a ski week in Gudauri. From the apartments you can see a fantastic mountains panoramic view. Excellent and welcome communication. Better to use WhatsApp. Nice apartments design in the Beatles theme. Brand new furniture. Very clean. Code locker to leave the keys. Fast Internet. Induction stove with timer. Ski depot included. 5 minutes walk to elevator. 15-20 minutes walk to the Gudauri center (shop, restaurant, pharmacy).

Nothing major, just minor issues. We suffer from lack of hot water, finally the temperature was increased.... But 2 of us was already with cold. :)) Apartments are one the first floor - the floor is cold. A good warm slippers are recommended. After shower all bathroom floor is wet. It's hard to dry it. Probably need to: put silicon around the glass; extend shower section; clean the drains. We miss microwave oven sometimes. Had to purchase TV remote battery. I would like to see thermostats on the radiators. We miss a place to dry our wet clothes after ski.
