Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The main issue was constant loud noise in the building, especially at night. People were singing, it was very loud, and it was impossible to sleep. This is particularly frustrating because the house rules clearly state that noise and parties are not allowed, yet in reality there was no control over this at all. This completely ruined our rest. In addition to that: - The pillows were unusable – the feather pillows were prickly and uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep. - Cleanliness was poor – clothes left on the floor, especially white ones, became covered with someone else’s black hair, which gave the impression that proper cleaning had not been done before our arrival. We did not contact the host during the stay because it was very short, and after long, exhausting days we simply expected basic comfort and quiet in the evenings. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We are leaving this review so that future guests understand the real situation and the host can improve these issues.

The best apartments I found in Gudauri. Warm, cozy and beautiful. Close to the ski slopes and also to the highway. Inside, everything is equipped for the kitchen, there is everything to cook for yourself.
