The property was immaculately presented, clean and very comfortable. Amazing location ideal for Bristol Airport and will definitely be staying again. Greeted by the owner “Larry” who was very friendly and showed us everything we needed. Great spacious and secure parking too.

Larry went out of his way to make our stay easy. He offered to pick us up after we dropped our hire car. He recommended a couple of places to eat and then took us there and picked us up afterwards! He helped me to use the Uber App (I was travelling from Spain so hadn't used it before). This was customer service beyond my expectations. He even said that if I experienced problems with the Uber to take us to the airport, to let him know & he would sort us out. Bearing in mind this would have been at 4am, I found this gesture incredible. He really gave us peace of mind & reassurance. The accommodation was top notch. All Hugh quality furnishings and finished really well. I will definitely stay again.
