The entrance passageway was a bit neglected. This is the only niggle with this property hence the score of 9/10

The apartment was very clean, good location for all shops and restaurants

The accommodation was close to the centre of town and the harbour and it's facilities. Very well appointed too.

The front windows are not double glazed so some noise from the street below can be heard. This may be because of regulations.

Road noise it’s a busy road junction, needs black out blinds in the bedrooms !

For the centre of Brixham the location was perfect

There were a couple of cupboard doors that did not fit correctly and a small stain on one of the bed sheets

Perfectly positioned and beautiful decor even bought some pictures from a local shop that we saw in the kitchen so good for the local sales too

Very beautiful apartment and staff very helpful over the phone when we wasn't sure where the apartment was yet they had brilliant communication action skills and made us feel at ease.

There was an alarm at the bottom if the stairs which kept going off for a few minutes at a time thoughout the stay it wasn't a big distraction but could perhaps get someone to look into it.

Nice spacious apartment with excellent decor and appliances, the apartment was within easy reach of the Town center with the shops and restaurants.
