It was amazing, very nice location and clean apartment, the bonus is that the owner was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. We had a great time 👍👍👍👍

the view from our room is magnificent, and everything inside the room the owner is accommodating

going by-foot to groceries, restaurants and gondola from Atrium is very difficult and dangerous during winter especially walking with ski gears.

This is a lovely and cosy apartment and we enjoyed our stay. It is clean and maintained well. Very convenient to have a kitchenette for light cooking. Wifi signal was very good during our stay. David the owner is nice and helpful. Good communication.

The lifts were not working.

They can add more heaters.

I like the cleaness of the apartment, Netflix TV "it is good to have this option in November since there is no activities in Gudauri at night, and there is a completed kitchen.

You have to get the key from one building and walk with your luggage up hill for 500m - 3 buildings away and I had a baby as well and nobody to help you, also did not see any swimming pool as displayed on the pics when booking, we also had lost electricity for 2-3 hours on one night of our stay which is not ideal in cold weather without heater
