It was a great size. Warm inside. Plenty of space and very well equipped. So nice to have a host leaving you some welcome treats especially some milk to get a well needed tea on arrival. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Used Spotify on the TV which was great.

Blinds in main bedroom would have been nice

The house was way above my expectation. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil required. The whole house was spacey and comfortable. A very good choice of TV channels and books were available

The master bedroom was very light during sun rise. Maybe a blind as per the other bedroom would help with this. The bins from the previous residents had not been left out so i was left with multiple recycling tote bins to sort.

The apartment was just exceptional! Incredible attention to detail at every turn ...they have literally thought of everything.. Fresh Roses on arrival as well as Milk, Shortbread and a bag of Yorkshire tea bags. Brilliant range of books in the bookcase ...beds extremely comfortable...kitchen gorgeous with self closing drawers and a beautiful haven of a garden at the back to be able to relax. 100% cotton duvet covers, Highland and Co soap, bubble bath, shower gel and hand/body lotion - even this was a lovely touch. Really fab location within 5 minutes walk of a cafe, deli supermarket and about 5 -10 mins walk to be able to see the sea This was wonderful for my Mum as all on one level ...we had a sofa each which was bliss. I had been a little worried about the parking and unloading however it was all perfect ..I was able to park right outside the property for our whole visit. - less than. 5 mins to Cherish..coffee and fresh cakes, scones every day - 10 minute walk to The Clubhouse eaterie and the Goose on the Green coffee shop too Close for golfing and even a fab independent sports shop there too. Gullane has a Co Op and a Mini Mart plus a beautiful deli style supermarket whilst North Berwick about 12 mins away has an Aldi and a Tesco supermarket. You will lack for nothing. Want to return next year!
