I had a wonderful stay at LimeTree Hotels! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.

The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

They gave us a different property than the one we booked. The property was not clean, several amenities were not working.

Highly Unsafe, Terrible & DIRTY place. Please Avoid this Place. PLACE WAS DIRTY: - When we entered the house, it was super dirty. Layers of dirt everywhere. Bedsheets & Blankets were super dirty. When we complained, the housekeeper tole us that he didn’t knew about our booking and that’s the reason for not cleaning the house. - The kitchen section had no light. All the kitchen appliances were not working (including microwave, kettle, chimney etc as there was no light). There was a short circuit few days ago in that section which they didn’t repaired. On complaining, it was repaired the next day. The fans were also not working in the living room due to the short circuit. - There was no water in one of the washrooms that was fixed later onwards. - The washrooms were not clean and water was leaking in one of the washrooms. - The towels provided were super dirty & smelly. Despite of complaining, those were not changed. - The Blanket had bugs in them and my elder kid got bites within the 1st night itself and we stopped using the blankets afterwards. UNSAFE PLACE: - On the 2nd day of our stay, we were getting ready and were about to go out and were keeping the luggage from our 1st floor to the ground floor, and hence the door was not locked. Suddenly an old mad man opened the door and barged into the living room with HUMAN POOP in his hand and threw the poop at the floor and demanded us to leave the house. He was carrying more poop and tried to enter the bedroom in which my kid was playing. - God knows what he would had done if we had not controlled him. Me & my father had to grab him and push him out of the house. We had 2 little kids and my old parents living and he was literally shouting and tried to attack us. Apparently we got to know from the housekeeper that he lives downstairs and is not well. BUT this is highly unacceptable, and we felt really unsafe afterwards. We complained to Booking.com and the Limetree management but nothing was done.
