Apartamento 2 recamaras en el corazón de Cozumel

One of the worst places I have stayed. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. We found rat feces in both bathrooms, the toilet was dirty as if it had been used before we checked in, the faucet in the smaller bathroom did not work, and there was no hot water during our stay. The overall condition of the property was unsanitary and far below what we expected. The most concerning issue was a serious safety problem involving the keys. We were given two keys, but the host never explained that only one worked for the main entrance and the other was for a different door. Because of this lack of communication, our friend became locked inside the property for nearly two hours while we were already back in Playa del Carmen. We had to cancel our plans, return to Cozumel, and miss activities we had already scheduled. When we contacted the host, instead of acknowledging the issue, we were told that we “should have asked” which key worked for which door. Guests should not be expected to figure out basic access instructions on their own. Clear communication is the responsibility of the host, especially when safety is involved. Between the rat feces, dirty bathroom, lack of hot water, broken faucet, poor communication, and the incident that left someone trapped inside the property, this stay was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Location is ok

Don’t ever come close to this place. The water in the sink was salty, in the second day the apartment was all flooded and all of our clothes was destroyed, the owner blocked me on WhatsApp and on SMS when I tried reaching to him to help with the problems, he never answered even after checkout, do yourself a favor and never come here.

Excelente ubicación.

La puerta principal de acceso tiene dificultad para abrir y cerrar. Las pilas de los controles de aire acondicionado y televisión estaban desgastadas. El administrador con tantos mensajes y llamadas pidiendo el pago llega a ser cansado.

Great location close to the ferry station.

Everything ok. The second bathroom doesnt have shower, and the water was salty.

Desayunos ricos a menos de 50m y la ubicación excelente

Solo recomendaria que Faltan toallas de mano en los baños y fibra para trastes Yo le pondría un presurizado para mejorar la presión y evitar se forme sarro en las llaves y regadera. Mínimos detalles solo para mejorar.

Excelentes instalaciones con todo lo que necesitamos. Inmejorable ubicación.
