The rating doesn’t refer to this specific apartment, which was good, but to the UNACCEPTABLE behavior of the owner who has several apartments in Craiova. We had booked the “Royall Apartment” 2 months in advance for the graduation of my daughter, having also paid for it, and the owner 2 hours before (at around 10a.m.) our arrival to the city from Greece, called telling me that the apartment is no longer available asking me to cancel my reservation, with the excuse that suddenly there was no electricity, telling us that it was not his problem if we don’t have any other accommodation right now (due to the graduation, all the apartments in the city were already taken). I reported what happened to Booking but the support team was not able to find him on call. As a result we were till the night in the street, with a baby of 1 year old, searching were to stay. In the end the family got separated and got hosted from colleagues of my daughter. A wonderful moment got destroyed from that owner.

Location was good.
