Perfect family apartment. Comfortable clean and great facilities. Great location, easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was clean, andkey was easy to locate. The apartment was a well equipped and there were a plenty of supplies left for us. However, there were no bin oor space to put recyclable bottles etc. and no clrar idea of where to put a rubbish. The only down side was the steps and distance from our parking space.

The description of site of property and reality did not stand up. There was considerable walking to reach the beach. Plus ground floor was requested as two of our party have disabled badges.

Nice big shower, comfortable bed. Lovely bakery at the end of the road and shop just up from there. Close to the beach and pubs. Just to the side of the fair is a walkway where you can follow to dawlish where there's lots of shops to look around. Tea rooms and a beach bar. There were black swans too. It took around 30 minutes and was an enjoyable walk.

Could do with blinds in the lounge as it was on the pathway, and everyone stared in. Could do with a big bin, too.

The place was spotless, exceptionally clean, and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was powerful and easy to use. Towels were provided. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained.

Couldn't fault anything.
