The apartment was very clean, well equiped and very quiet. It's in a great location near to shops, places to eat and within walking distance to the beach.

Good, quiet location close to all amenities & only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable with attractive decor. Everything you could need was provided including towels and linen and cleaning materials. A bonus was free reliable wifi within the apartment. The hosts provided useful information about local amenities and attractions and communication from the hosts was welcoming & informative. All in all a very cozy comfortable place to stay and well equipped. Would definitely go there again and would recommend it.

Only a couple of very minor niggles. The twin bedded room lacks a mirror and bedside table & lamp and has no hanging space. Not a huge problem but could improve the comfort of the bedroom. A bath mat would be useful for coming out of the shower.

Everything local lovely home from home so relaxing when unwinding from the day

The apartment was close to all amenities, was very convenient for public transport and shops.

Just a couple of minor points, the iron had black marks on the plate, so was unable to use as would have transferred burn marks to clothes and pedal bin hadn't been emptied from the previous occupant.

We had a fabulous week in Dawlish Warren. The apartment is in a quiet residential complex with friendly neighbours, yet close to shops, pubs and the beech and attractions. Parking is provided and accessing the keys was easy with the coded box. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Towels were provided. The free Wifi was much appreciated, this combined with the TV allowed our son to bring his Xbox which was handy for a rainy day. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances Fridge, Freezer Cooker and washing machine which made self catering very easy. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We struggled a bit with the tin opener! Everything else was super!

The location to the beach is great.

They properly look worn. Shower didn’t drain. Bathroom was full of webs in window so had not been cleaned properly.

Dawlish warren is stunning.

Sorry to say, but the apartment. Was nice. But all the matressess need replaceing . As they were very hard and the double was lumpy. The carpets need a good shampoo.

The apartment was lovely and clean and close to all amenities. In town. Everyone was lovely and friendly, and the views and views were lovely. Would definitely go back . Didn't want to leave 😪. Amazing break
