Nice clean, warm and tidy flat. The owner was helpful and sorted out a problem with the shower quickly. Nice quiet location with parking outside the door.

Would have preferred some more crockery - no point in having a dishwasher with only 4 of everything. Also some mixing bowls/casserole dishes would have been useful, nothing much to actually prepare a meal if you wanted to eat in.

location was in a quiet road at the 'back of Dawlish and From Little Weech it was a good 15/20 mins walk into the centre but we didn't really mind that. Wear sensible shoes as its an incline to get back. Hosts particularly kind and considerate.

There was not anywhere to eat on the Sunday evening in Dawlish, which was disappointing. Ended up with a takeaway pizza. Which was very tasty I should add.

Good room layout with everything you need. Certainly ideal for us as a couple and having a shower room with a toilet, as well as the bathroom was a real bonus. A towel and treat had even been provided for our Westie. Parking was in the road outside the property.

Perfect location for where we needed to be; walking distance from everything we needed! Small and compact, had everything we needed. clever use of space throughout!
