Lovely clean little apartment. Had everything we needed

-Excellent host, good communication, the host was waiting for us at the property. -Parking space just by property. -Good location, 5 minutes drive from the beach or 20mins walk. Easy travel distance to surrounding area. -Lovely clean property, small but has everything needed.

-I personally found the bed very hard and uncomfortable. -The sofa bed is also uncomfortable and is directly under a skylight, too light to sleep especially in the summer.

Really lovely, spacious (much more than it looks), clean and stylish apartment in a quiet location with great access to the beautiful town of Dawlish, just a 10 minute walk downhill to the beginning of the shops and restaurants. The apartment is well kitted with a comfortable sofa bed, all the kitchen bits you need and a lovely double ensuite room. Host Lynne is very welcoming and helpful. We are four adults so we thought it might be an uncomfortable tight squeeze but there was more than enough room for us to stay comfortably for two nights and we enjoyed spending time there, choosing to stay in to watch the Euros rather than go to the pub! Lots of plug sockets and even a freestanding bath tub in the ensuite.

Literally the only thing I would note for guests is that the slatted blinds mean that sun light gets into the bedroom so if this bothers you bring an eye mask (I am a light sleeper).

Great little base for exploring the local area & beyond.

Nothing, it was clean, comfortable & ideally situated.

I have stayed here a few times now and will definitely be going back , lovely and quiet and great location
