"great location in the middle of downtown Decorah"

Kitchen area was very clean, dishes were provided as were basic appliances. Bathroom was spacious, lots of towels!

Stairs were a bit steep, but a nice challenge for me

Listing states that there is parking. There was not parking for our unit (apt 1) and this wasn’t shared with us with enough time to change our plans.

"We’ll stay there again but some maintenance is needed ASAP."

Location in the center of downtown.

22 steps to our apartment. Needs some repairs. No power switch for bedroom fan and speed chain inoperable. Refrigerator is completely iced over inside. Parking it super tight.
