Die Ausstattung ist überaus komfortabel, man muss auf nichts verzichten. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, alle Küchenutensilien. Tolle Lage in der Neustadt in sehr schöner Straße. Idyllisch geradezu. Geräumig und schön. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

"Heerlijk centraal gelegen verblijf."

De ruimte is perfect. De locatie is ook heel goed. Vele winkels en de Elbe zijn op loopafstand.

De slaapbank hebben we gebruikt voor onze tienerdochters maar deze is eigenlijk niet goed genoeg meer om op te slapen.

Great place!! Would definitely try to stay at the same apartment again.

Would have been nice with a freezer. The extra bed was not comfortable.

- kitchen really well furnished - flexibility in check-in and out - comfortable mattress - good location in Neustadt

A minor to be aware. The flat is on the ground floor facing the street. During school time from 7:45 till 8:00Am you may hear the kids (and their scooter). The rest of the day the street is quite.

"A very good place to stay in Dresden"

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is on the ground floor next to the street, but the street is not busy, so it was not noisy until morning. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It is within walking distance to downtown (about 20 minutes). The windows have great covers to provide privacy. The underground parking is very important and useful when you travel by car because you would have to pay for parking on the street. The contact with the landlord was great and fast.

The apartment is located in an "alternative" district. One may fill unsafe walking the streets in the evening - there are very few people and all walls are covered with graffiti. It is not art - it looks like made by hooligans and harms strongly the beauty of the buildings. It is fantastic that the underground parking is provided, however, the entrance to the garage is narrow. Unfortunately, bicycles were not available but it was promised in the offer at the time of booking.
