There was nothin to like because the owner did not show up to let us in

There was nothing to like. To be clear, we didn’t stay in the property. There was no communication with the owner beyond a confirmation message and to contact him on wats app. I did this. I presumed we would be met when we arrived as I let him know what time we were coming. When we arrived there was no one there. An empty building, bar a security guard. No answer to my calls, or texts. Eventually I was contacted and told to cancel my booking. Not my favourite since I had a family of 6 with us and we had to trudge up the street looking for new accomodation. The only saving grace was that I wasn’t charged for this booking

Good location, Apartment located in center of Ha Long With beach front. The host is very nice, quick chat with google translate, but very helpful. Apartment is with full facilities, enought for your family when travelling. The view from balcony is very nice as well.
