Dimitropoulos Seafront Apartments-Elaionas Beach near Diakopto

We spent one night on our way home from the Peloponnese. The hotel, nicely situated directly at the sea shore, is easy to find. Easy check-in, safe parking and onsite taverna were welcome aspects. At the time of our visit in mid May, the area was very peaceful. Having dinner in the downstairs taverna, we had the entire terrace (nice and atmospheric under the plane trees) to ourselves, apart from a respectful cat that was waiting for his lot of leftover uncommonly patiently. We had a delicious meal, which coupled with a very kind service, and the beautiful setting made this last evening in Greece very memorable. Our room, too, was comfortable (very quiet sleep) and we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony. We would book again.

We were given a full 2-bedroom suite overlooking the water. The restaurant on site was partially open and served decent taverna food but it was low season so it wasn't a full menu, we think.

The town has very little to offer. Few restaurants or bakeries nearby in mid-season.

Big apartment, a bit old-timey but comfortable and cute. Our host was very good at communicating and was very accommodating.

Good big bed and very clean. The location was practically on the beach. The balcony is nice.

Very few things in the kitchen. It is not possible to kook a propper meal (a simple meal is possible). The kitchen is also totally different from the bathroom and bedroom (small and old).

Beyond expectation s. Upgraded as not busy, with a beautiful sea vew. .Lovely owner. All good. Highly recommended.
