The apartment was lovely, it is very conveniently located to all of the local facilities. There are lots of restaurants, bars within a few minutes walking distances so you are spoilt for choice. The beach is across the road from the apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace overlooking the beach. The apartment is extremely well equipped, it has everything you need. The owner Michael is extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Michael provided us with Milk, cheese, bread, ham, butter, water, and several other food items, which was great, unexpected, and appreciated. There are lots of extras which make the apartment a home from home, the beds are lovely and comfortable, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, I could go on. There are also beach towels which is a bonus as it saves you having to bring these with you. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has been well thought out. The outside terrace provides a lovely relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine or enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail or two. Michael responded to any query within a very short space of time and was always making sure you were okay and happy with the apartment. We only stayed for a week I wish we could have stayed longer. We do hope to go back soon and next time stay longer. Thank you Michael for a lovely stay and for being so helpful and accommodating

Everything. The accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. Having travelled widely and stayed in numerous hotels I can honestly say that this was by far the best. Having travelled with only cabin luggage we expected to have to buy all the liquids/pastes etc on arrival, but this apartment had it all, and I mean all (well except for the sun tan lotion). A high standard of furniture and facilities was evident both indoors and out, and the bed was so comfortable that I had the best nights' sleep ever. Sufficient toiletries were provided for the whole stay including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hand soap. There were also shower caps, shaving kits and toothbrushes. The washing machine and dishwasher had all the necessary pods etc, and teabags, coffee pods and sugar were in abundance. Among the additional items were plasters, a torch, a pen, and so on. Things that you don't always think of until you need them. The kitchen equipment was of a high standard and spotless. The welcome box was better than I have ever seen including bread, croissants, cereals, cereal bars, bread sticks, fruits, cheese, ham and water. The large balcony was furnished and there was a hot (cold) tub to relax in at the end of the day. Towels were provided including huge beach towels along with bath, and face towels and flannels. In fact I can't think of much that was not included! The owner was very attentive and was genuinely interested in making our stay the best it could possibly be.

Everything. I have stayed in numerous 4 and 5 star hotels etc and I have never encountered one of this standard. It had everything one could want. We had travelled with only cabin luggage expecting to have to buy the usual toiletries on arrival. There was no need, everything was provided (except sun tan lotion). Quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower were plentiful for our 2 week stay. Additional items included toothbrushes, hand soap, shower caps, shaving kits....... We also had dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and clothes conditioners. If you wanted to clean the accommodation (although a cleaning lady was provided) you had everything you needed including a 'Hoover'. All kitchen provisions were of good quality and plentiful including a coffee machine and all the pods you would need for your stay. There was a large fridge freezer containing items (ham, cheese, water etc) on our arrival along with a welcome basket the likes of which I have never seen before. It contained 2 types of cereal, bread, croissants, biscuits and more. The whole apartment was very large with comfortable furnishings, TVs in each room and superb bedding with a choice of pillows. I slept better there than I have anywhere, including home! Outside was a large balcony overlooking the children's playground and beach. It had seating and a large parasol. A dip in the hot tub (cool tub) was very welcome. The water was changed frequently due to the heat. Each bedroom, as well as the living and dining rooms had access to the balcony. Immediately outside the bedrooms there was space to hang out your washing so that it wouldn't affect the aesthetics of the main balcony. All towels were provided including beach towels which were huge and of good quality. As for the owner, what can I say? Nothing was too much trouble. If anything was needed, it was obtained immediately. If anything needed to be fixed, it was fixed immediately.

A fabulous apartment! We simply cannot express our gratitude enough for the exceptional experience we had. From the warm hospitality of our incredible host to the top-notch amenities, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. First and foremost, our host Michael was beyond kind and hospitable, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Michael went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay, nothing was too much for him. The apartment itself was an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by its impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. One aspect that truly stood out was the apartment's exceptional level of equipment. Michael has taken great care in ensuring that every amenity you could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, a thoughtful welcome basket filled with local treats and high-end quality toiletries provided, and the super comfortable beds even had cooling pillows! The attention to detail in the apartment was remarkable. The location of the apartment was also fantastic. Situated in the heart of Elounda, the convenience of having everything at our fingertips made our stay even more enjoyable. In conclusion, our stay at this apartment was an unforgettable experience. The kindness and hospitality of our host, combined with the exceptional amenities and prime location, exceeded our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

This accommodation is absolutely amazing. A beautiful marble staircase leads up to the 2 bedroomed , 2 bathroomed spacious apartment. Everything looks brand new just as in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. A very generous welcome basket, an enormous fruit bowl and the fridge was stocked with lots of goodies.A nice touch. A very large balcony with stylish furniture and the jacuzzi is fabulous for relaxing in whilst taking in the scenic view. Enormous beach towels are provided - so nice not to have to pack some. Location is excellent, straight opposite the beach and tavernas and bars are a few steps away. Not at all noisy though. I stayed for 8 nights and didn't want to leave. I've travelled all over Greece for many years and it is honestly the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. Mike the host is a lovely man who is most concerned that his guests have a fabulous time and we certainly did. Can't wait to return.

If you’re in a hurry, the very short version of this review is: Staying here is one of the best travel decisions I ever made. And I’m 57. It really is. Book this place. You’ll be so glad you did. Short review: Stay here if you’re looking for somewhere to have a really relaxing holiday, with everything you could possibly wish for provided and more, in a truly beautiful place with great weather, where even if you barely leave the apartment you’ll have a great time, yet interesting people and places and wonderful food and company are within very easy reach. Honestly, just come and stay here. You won’t regret it! Book it now. I know it all sounds too good to be true - I thought that and I was anxious that it couldn’t possibly be as good as I hoped. I was wrong, it was even better than I hoped. We had the most amazing time! Really. I don’t write many reviews. I have put a lot of time into this one. This is a really special place. Don’t miss out. Every time you think ‘I could do with a… oh, here one is… is there anything they haven’t thought of..?’ (By the way, the answer is no. They’ve thought of everything. You could just bring your passport, money phone and clothes. Everything else you might need is to hand). You’ll thank yourself whenever you message the wonderful host, Michael, for advice and receive a warm and helpful reply. On the sofa on the terrace, wondering just how many ranges of hills and mountains you can see. As you sunbathe on soft, water-resistant cushions after a soak in the hot tub. When a group of warm and friendly staff from Vachus Taverna serve your ‘take out’ meal on their crockery at the dining table in your apartment for no extra charge. As you take stunning photos of the bluest sea and sky framed perfectly by architecture on Spinalonga Island.

We had a great week in Elounda at Mike's apartment in May. The stay was extremely comfortable thanks to the thought-out smallest details in the apartments - beach towels and an umbrella, two bathrooms, dishwasher, and even if you want to bake a cake, you will find all the necessary devices for this, everything you need to make you feel at home. Mike even made sure that we had something to eat from the way and it's just incredible care. The location is such that you couldn't wish for more ideal, a minute's walk to the beach, the market and restaurants. We were greeted very warmly and during our stay they took care that we could visit beautiful places and be satisfied with our vacation. You won't find a better place to stay in Elounda!
