Breakfast was not included. The location is top - situated between Fažana and Pula, few hundred meteres from beach on foot. Very quiet place in dead end street and with parking slots in front of the appartment.

"We had a relaxing stay"

We stayed in the ground floor apartment, which is very spacious. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. The apartment is in a quiet location next to a small meadow. The beach is about 15 minutes away by foot. There is a restaurant 50 meters from the apartment.

We had a wonderful time. Apartment was a short walk from the beach, clean and cozy, perfect. Host Robert was wonderful and made sure we're comfortable. We shall be back ! Thanks a lot!

"Superb"

Very spacious apartment, nice balcony, clean and quiet location. Robert was available when I needed something and caring enough to check on me when I got sick.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is the bed. It really needs a mattress topper, you can feel the springs when you lay on it. The floor can be very slippery when wet.
