"Un soggiorno perfetto"

Sono talmente tante volte che soggiorno presso quest' appartamento che oramai lo considero la mia seconda casa.Il proprietario è una persona speciale, estremamente attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Se volete godere di un soggiorno speciale a Ferrara sperate di trovare House 149 disponibile. Grazie di tutto è sempre tutto perfetto

"Ferrara Summer Festival"

House 149 è una soluzione eccezionale per visitare Ferrara. Dal parcheggio (in tre giorni ho sempre parcheggiato gratis sotto la struttura), alla vicinanza al centro (20 min a piedi), al market sotto per qualsiasi evenienza. L'appartamento è pulito e accogliente! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

"Kis családos városnézés Ferrarában"

A szállásadónk kedves és közvetlen. Tiszta, új a fürdőszoba. Jól működő légkondicionáló. Kiváló minőségű wifi. Kaptunk minden napra nagyon finom kávékapszulát. Az apartman a 2. emeleten van, én szeretek magasabban lakni, de akinek a lépcső probléma, az nehezen jut fel. Gyalog vagy tömegközlekedéssel bejárható Ferrara, és közel van a pályaudvar is.

"Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny."

Przyzwoity apartament w rozsądnej cenie, blisko do stacji kolejowej i całkiem niedaleko do zabytkowego centrum Ferrary. W pobliżu sklepy (Lidl, Despar, Eurospin). Dobra baza wypadowa do Wenecji, Bolonii, Modeny czy Florencji, ze względu na bardzo dobre połączenia kolejowe. Znakomity i szybki kontakt z właścicielem.

Brak zmywarki i pralki jest pewnym problemem przy dłuższym pobycie. Trochę dokuczają komary, więc przydałyby się moskitiery.
