"Great place but need to advise travellers of events such as concert disruption."

Location location

We booked 4 nights only to discover 3 nights had a free concert until midnight. Our room was right near the stage. 6000 people per evening. Returning to our accommodation was difficult getting past security.

"A perfect location with a charming host!!"

The location was perfect for me, easy to reach grocery stores & restaurants. Loved the elevator. Silvia, my host, was very helpful and attentive, a real delight! Ferrara is one of the few flat areas of Italy!! The entire city is very walkable! I look forward to returning and continuing my explorations.

Seniors take note: the spiral staircase between the loft bedroom and the bathroom downstairs could be problematic for some. Definitely not a deal breaker for me, but it could be for others.
