Absolutely everything was excellent! The host was accommodating to our every need, very pleasant and responded in a matter of minutes if we needed something. The furniture and design was modern and esthetically pleasing. The rooms were clean and maintained every three days. The location was far enough from the center of the town to be nice and quiet but not so far that you would need a car to get around.

This is only a minor gripe and I stand by the rating of 10 for the property. The only issue was the unpaved road on one side of the building. It causes a lot of dust to build up on the car. This is something that the city of Nea Flogita should fix, not the property owner.

We booked two-story apartment which was fantastic. Lower level was cooler despite the heat outside. It had air-conditioning on both levels but we didn't use the one downstairs much. Location was perfect, close to the beach with bakery and supermarket nearby. There are nice restaurants and bars in walking distance yet the place is a bit away from the busy area. Giannis, our host, was great!

I stayed one night and traveled for vacations with a friend. Nice location, close to the beach and easy to find. The apartment was new and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen and has set of chairs for the balcony. The host was also very welcoming and show us everything we need to know about our stay. The price included free wifi and 2 cold bottles of water which was nice.

Very noisy. We were able to hear everything that was going on outside and the near apartments. If someone close his door or talk and walk outside was heard inside our bedroom. For the price should be provided more bathroom amenities
