"Clean Flat But needs better Amenities."

Location is good as it is right at the beach. Flat is clean but aged.

No air conditioning and not sure if it was shown in the ad as I took it for granted that it would be there. No reverse cycle heating. Two oil heaters were supplied. Unit was on upper story and this should have been mentioned in the ad. There is limited parking withing the premises. You have to park off street. There is excessive use of sensor lights to the point that it is uncomfortable in the dark to have that triggered. Staircase does not have a light switch until you trigger it when you get to the top. TV is OK but remote needs new batteries as it does not work unless you are close to the TV. There were no extra blankets provided.

Spacious Apartment, excellent location with beautiful One Mile Beach across the road, wonderful reception from lovely Lauren. Plenty of Restaurants nearby We had a truly beautiful holiday

Great location right next to the beach access and a short walk to the SLSC and cafe. Short drive to town and the clubs. Balcony has plenty of lounges and chairs to relax on.

Great location. Had beach access right out the front. Was clean and had everything we needed. Also had complimentary snacks/cereals.
