As appartement is on Level-1 floor, the kitchen, bathroom and first sleeping room is a bit dark.

JO- Nicely furnished and decorated basement apartment - has Modern Clean Look - The host send clear instructions and we had easy check in and check out - WIFI was excellent ,, - Backyard with chairs & table
- The apartment has no AC - It was really very hot when we arrived - - Frankly we did not pay attention that bed room with sofa does not have a window , and not sure if the host explained this in description - so we had to open the terrace door on the back to get fresh air -accordingly: 1) We faced a problem with insects coming in - as the door was open all the time -No nest for window and door 2) Neighbors up ( big family ) were very annoying -they kept talking in very loud voice until after mid night and it was the same next day. When it rains You hear very annoying sound from the second room as it has Extended Roof Facilities : Border line - No kettle !!!! So we contact the host and told us that we can use the pot - gas - but !!!! Some real cleanliness issues !! so we washed every thing we intended to use : - we found POT with stains - burnet milk!!! - rusty Bowel!! - graze plates and spoons' !! Bed sheets are smaller than mattress - Has Clean Look - Really nice house But host should check and clean kitchen after each guest House needs deep cleaning behind curtains an radiators - to move things while doing dusting Black mold in the shower corners and behind WC!!

ROThe location was fine about 10 minutes from the old town area on foot. The apartment was clean and modern. The bathroom and shower were great. Both bedroom are spacious with seating and double beds. The apartment was very quiet.
The second bedroom could only be reached by going through the first bedroom/living area so to get to my bedroom or to the bathroom from my bedroom I had to go through my friend's sleeping area, which was OK but some people might not like that. My bedroom was in what seemed like a conservatory so there was windows all around and the light came in early in the morning.

In the basement with very few windows. A bit of a moldy smell.
