Hotel Akasaka Heights

We arrived a little early in the rain and we were allowed to go check in. I really appreciated that. They have nice equipment in the apartment. Close to shops.

Staff was friendly and room was nice and spacious

Check in was a bit strange and uncomfortable as it felt like you were entering another room to check in. You have to go to a different floor to check in.

チェックインも素早くて対応が親切で助かりました。

テレビが映らなかったチューナーの接続が出来なかったらかな…。

The location was perfect if you want a place near the bustling areas but with a little peace. The room was as presented in the pictures and they provided a lot of towels and other necessities. They also store your luggage till 4pm if you have a late flight after checkout.

Not much soundproofing from the toilet and outside the room. Although there weren't many tourists in the area, the sounds from the neighbors were heard.

避开闹市区，赤坂站出来步行5分钟左右。房间很大，行李箱摊开毫无压力。周围就有两家便利店，步行可至天神，福冈城，长滨海鲜市场。

Location is not too busy and noisy. Receptionist and hotel staff were so kind and accommodating for our big group. The offer to choose a shampoo and conditioner to try during our stay was sweet.

The walk to the hotel from the station is a little far, but the bus station more than nearly makes up for it. We would have hoped for some cutlery, plates, or bowls to use, because we managed to forget getting some after bringing food from the supermarket but the property doesn’thave the obligation to do so
