Clean, near the main attractions of the town. Easy walk to the cathedral, restaurants, castle. Parking nearby but might be trickier during peak times.

A bit sterile. Over the main street which was not too noisy during our November visit, but may be loud during peak times. We don't speak Spanish and although we understand that it is our problem, not the staff's problem, it would have been extremely helpful if they had a system for conveying info to tourists (the establishment name is Apartmentos Turisticos, after all), instead of just shrugging shoulders at us & smiling. Perhaps a few sheets of paper with 3 or 4 translations for important info- Spanish, English, French, German, for example, would be an EASY service to provide for "turisticos". Start with: how to access the internet, which the desk clerk provided incorrectly, and WE had to figure it out with no real help.

There was washing up liquid and you could walk to Carmona old Town.

The receptionist was supposed to be there from 3.30 pm. We arrived at 4.30 pm and she hadn't so we had to ring her. 2 ladies then arrived so there were 4 of us waiting. No apologies given when the receptionist finally arrived at 5 pm. There are no parking facilities so by the receptionist not being in attendance at the promised time caused us logistical issues. Only 1 hand towel was provided for 2 people. The mattress was not fit for purpose and needed immmediate replacement. As for the noises from neighbours' showering to hearing the high pitched noises from the water system as people went about their bathroom activities kept us awake, it finally became quiet around half past midnight. Please note that if you are allocated an upstairs room there appears to be no lift. There was no kettle so you had to boil water in a pan. The shower had no shelf for soap etc. Finding a car parking space was difficult.

Everything as described or even better. The place is located in the city center, just a walking distance (5 minutes) from the old town. There are lots of restaurants and bars around, a city parking (03.2024 sth like 1h per hour) 2 minutes from the hotel. The place itself is just beautiful and very clean. And, for me the most important, quiet. The lady in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room just amazing. So beautiful and spacious. The only thing I didn’t found was the hair dryer. There is also a small kitchen place and a fridge.

I didn't mind, but it wasn't so easy to get a lot of fresh air in the room through the window, but you have AC at your disposal.
