Przestronny apartament, super dla rodziny 4 osobowej. Na miejscu bardzo czysto, przyjemnie, wyposażenie - w porządku. Dobre miejsce - kilka minut spacerem do centrum, ale powrót można zakwalifikować do treningu nóg - nam to nie przeszkadzało. Widok z balkonu - super. Check in bezobsługowy - to jest coś, czego nie lubię, ale tu było wszystko jasno wytłumaczone. W budynku cisza, co nam bardzo odpowiadało. Parking przynależny do apartamentu - duży plus w Funchal.

Ogromna wieża z antenami stojąca tuż na wprost tarasu (nie widać jej na zajęciach w bookingu) - dla osob, ktore rozumieją, co to oznacza, raczej nieakceptowalne. My o tym nie wiedzieliśmy. Mimo, że tylko tu nocowaliśmy, dla mnie było to niekomfortowe pod kątem zdrowia. Małe łóżko dwuosobowe - mimo, że jesteśmy raczej szczupli, ale mąż jest wysoki, było to mało komfortowe bo standardem jest łóżko szerokie na min. 160cm.. Tu było mniejsze.

Die Einzellage hoch über den Dächern von Funchal war topp. Riesen-Terrasse, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl hoch. Alles perfekt. Das Einchecken funktionierte tadellos mit Videos, wo der Schlüssel ist, und wie die Tiefgarage zu öffnen ist. Der Fußweg zur Stadt runter war nicht lang - 15 Minuten bis ins Herz der Altstadt. Bei unseren 10 Tagen wurde sogar 1 x zwischendurch gereinigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer möglich, wenn wir es gebraucht hätten.

2 Kleinigkeiten: Die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern konnten wir nicht nutzen, da innen drin ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch war. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas helleres Licht gewünscht. Das war aber alles. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt die 10 Tage

Le top du top de l appart, c'est vraiment la terrasse avec une vue panoramique, presque la plus belle de tout Funchal, elle est vraiment très agréable L appartement est spacieux et ultra bien placé Très facile de se garer devant la résidence même sans aller au garage La résidence est calme, on n entend pas les voisins

Comme indiqué dans d autres commentaires, il y a bien un énorme chantier à côté de la résidence, ils travaillent énormément mais nous concernant cela ne nous a pas vraiment gène, c'est certain, c'est bien le dimanche quand ils travaillent pas mais sinon c'est supportable. La terrasse pourrait être mieux équipée de solution pour se protéger du soleil, car parfois même pour le petit déjeuner, ca chauffe déjà beaucoup

This apartment is in a residential area, but walking distance to the main areas of Funchal, and the waterfront (downhill going, but uphill on the way back!) The apartment is spacious, and the views from the rooftop are stunning. Good facilities in the kitchen for cooking, a washing machine and a large fridge freezer. Videos sent via email detailing key pick up, entrance, car park, etc. which seemed a little over complicated, but it was very easy to find the keys once we got there, even though it was late at night.

Noise from dogs barking in the neighbourhood throughout the night; and noise from people in the other apartments, despite there being an alleged ‘quiet time’. Unfortunately, on the rooftop, there is no shade sail or sun umbrella, meaning it can be too hot to sit outside. The outdoor furniture is rather old and worn. It is worth noting that one half of the rooftop is communal, and other residents of the building can access it (this only occurred once during our stay, but it affected our privacy).
