Particularly well equipped and comfortable apartment, immaculately clean and tidy on arrival. We specifically chose an apartment high up (7th floor) but in practice there was little traffic noise, and we benefitted from views towards the sea and coast in two directions. Tip: apartment numbers ending in B are on the right hand side of the building looking towards the sea and do not immediately adjoin the hotel block on the left hand side. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, immense beach and marina, and a short walk to excellent Carrefour supermarket. Bear in mind that Gandia Playa is a busy Spanish seaside resort, and there can be late night noise, particularly around public holidays. Check before booking that the adjoining hotel is not being used during your stay for short term accommodation for young people attending a sports event. The Hoomvip app required to open the building and apartment doors worked well, but failed to provide any information about the accommodation or the resort.

Information about the accommodation (eg how to use the TV, recommendations for restaurants etc that you usually find in a folder) was presumably supposed to be via the Hoomvip app.
