Apartament znajduje sie w starej kamienicy na ostatnim piętrze. Lokalizacja jest świetna, do dworca głównego pieszo ok 10min i do Pobrzeza tez ok min 15min. W apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzebne, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki oraz w dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.

Przez to że mieszkanie jest w starej kamienicy podłoga w korytarzu jest trochę nierówna i skrzypi.
