Location and apartment are great

Advert LIED about providing heating. My 80 year old mother arrived and stayed 30 minutes in the apartment, it was freezing & we had to book another apartment (with heating). The management of the apartment made an excuse that heating wasn't available because it was controlled by the City. Booking.com has been contacted and we are awaiting a refund.
