la posizione è eccellente, sotto casa c'erano diversi bar e ristoranti ma bisogna sapere che di notte si sentono gli schiamazzi degli ospiti molto spesso ubriachi, quindi per chi ha il sonno leggero, l'appartamento non è consigliato, io non ho avuto problemi, mio marito un pò

l'appartamento è dotato di tutto, peccato al terzo piano senza ascensore (quindi per chi ha valige ingombranti non è consigliato) manca un pò di manutenzione interna (lampada accanto al letto cadente, bollitore acqua pieno di calcare, tappo del lavandino bagno che si stacca, lavandino un pò intasato) basterebbe un pò di aggiustini qua e là, per il resto siamo stati bene
