"Exceptional"

The apartment was in a great location. The host made the check in so easy. Convenient parking for our larger car was provided and we had easy access to all the tourist places and restaurants that we had planned. Highly recommend!

It so happened that the day after the refundable reservation, I got into trouble and immediately informed the hosts of my non-arrival. Exceptionally, I would like a full or partial refund for a reservation or change of dates. I offered to make an excuse to send a doctor's note. Unfortunately, the owners did not respond to messages or phone calls for several days. Two days before booking, they replied that if the apartment is booked again, they will help me. After making accommodation reservations, I saw that the apartment was overcrowded. Unfortunately, my request was not granted.
