Piano alto senza ascensore non segnalato adeguatamente nella descrizione. Letto piccolo per una coppia e mancanza di tende oscurati.

The location is great, right in the center of the summer fair with a lot of places to eat and things to do. The apartment is light and has nice views. It also had all the essentials like salt, sugar, coffee, soap, toilet paper etc.

Some windows in our apartment were old and we had to be extra careful opening them, plus the basin was super small.

Bezkonkurenční je lokalita bytu, jste přímo v centru města, vzdálenost několik kroků od promenády, obchodů, vlakového nádraží. Okno v koupelně:)

Malá postel, pouze 140 cm a pro ty co hůře chodí, je to 4.patro bez výtahu :)

The location of Dream Loft Motlava River was excellent with immediate access to the Gdansk centre and the riverside area. The clean two bedroom apartment was ideal for our visit. Access to local transport facilities was close. The price for 4 nights was good value.

Minor point, but the bathroom sink was very small making shaving and brushing teeth a challenge. Surprised that there was no evidence of a smoke alarm (or perhaps I missed this).

The two bedroom apartment is spacious and located in a good position for attractions. There are plenty of bars and restaurants situated very close. Fellini Italian restaurant is a must for delicious Italian food. Staff are very friendly and the price was reasonable. You also have a local convenience store situated around the corner of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped.

I booked a two bedroom apartment however there was no bed linen on the bed in bedroom two. I explained this to the landlord. She dismissed my claims because there were only two of us staying in the apartment. I explained I have paid for a two bedroom apartment and not one. I found their dialogue with me quite confrontational. If you pay for a two bedroom apartment then I expect both beds to be fully made with fresh linen. The landlord stated after a day that she could get a cleaner round in a 3 hour window between the hours of 11am to 2pm. I am on holiday and didn't want to hang around waiting for the cleaner. Once you enter the apartment there is a smell in the stairwell. We also noticed pictures on the wall of scantily dressed women on the wall on the ground floor. The noise levels from the apartment above and below were extremely irritating. One night we were awake until 4am. I understand this was around New Years Eve but nevertheless for future travellers staying in Dream Loft Motlava you MUST take this into consideration. The seating area is in bedroom one which was slightly disappointing. The bathroom is small but manageable. Please note that outside the apartment is a wall where some people decide to drink there. You will notice empty bottles and cans situated on the wall. I felt uneasy with this especially accessing our apartment late at night as the light was poor.

Location was amazing. Everything went well with host, no complaints.

There are 2 things I must mention first - the host and the location. The host was very nice, explained everything via WhatsApp, and gave additional information about the city, places to eat, the history of the building, etc. There is no more central location than this, basically in the old town. This is the best location so far I have stayed in any city. The place was clean. We had doubts about the refundable deposit but the host directly sent it back after we left the place. Unfortunately, had to cut 1 point for the neighbor upstairs and internet connection.

The upstairs neighbor was very loud on both days, we basically had a hard rock-metal concert for 2 days upstairs but they were quiet after 10 pm. The host informed us that she could call the police if they will not be quiet after 10 pm. And the internet - unfortunately, it was very slow. You can use your messaging apps but for work purposes, the speed was very slow. The host informed us that since the building is very old, it is not possible to get a new ethernet cable.
