"Location was great but the customer service"

The location and the apartment was great.

The wifi did not work and it took 2 days for the staff to answer for my request and the problem was not solved. Furthermore, when we arrived in the night and could not open the key box for 15 minutes and called the company, the guy literally asked us if we want him to drive through the city just to open the door for us. There is a room for development in customer service for sure.

"Very good value for the money."

I got all pin codes without asking for it. The keeper even send photos how to find gates, the house entrance. Also the keeper replayed to my messages very quickly. The apartment was ready for us, the bed linen was covered with covers, everything was very clean. The kitchen with all necessary equipment. The location is perfect - close to the city center and quite. Washing machine with needed chemicals.

"Good location but the place needs some attention."

Great location.

The place needs a proper renovation. It’s not suitable for 4 adults, more for 2 adults with 2 kids. Bathroom is not very nice either - it has horrible old curtains touching you while showering and it’s so tiny with no windows, no access to fresh air after using it. The sofa in living room is old and smelly.

the only plus of this house is its location

The house does not match the photos (it is cramped and uncomfortable) in the shower so closely that it is impossible to swim comfortably it turned out to be the first floor and there were no dark curtains, everyone who passed by saw everything in the room It felt like I was sleeping outside The towel is already worn and there were no items (Free toilets) when asked to clean the apartment, the chapel answered rudely that everything had already been cleaned
