the view was pretty, it was close to the beach and it was near a little shop that sells food and stuff. it was never loud and quite nice to relax there.

the bathroom could be a little cleaner and in the apartment itself there were ants.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig und von den Nachbarswohnungen war es sehr laut. Von den Nachbarwohnungen dröhnte teilweise die ganze Nacht der Ventilator vom Badezimmer.

Top Lage am Hafen! Schöne Terrasse (ohne Meerblick)

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch. Wir hätten uns mehr Besteck gewünscht. Die Gläser und das Besteck mussten wir erst spülen. Sie waren sehr schmierig. Die Wohnung war allerdings sonst sehr sauber. Das Bad ist sehr eng. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein Glaskontainer, der auch viel in der Nacht genutzt wird. Die Treppe ist grenzwertig, da die Auftrittshöhe bis zu 4 cm unterschiedlich ist.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt beim Hafen von Borgo Marina (auch wenn der kleine Platz vor dem Haus Treffpunkt von Männern ist, die sich ab dem Vormittag lustig einen zwitschern). Schöne Ausstattung, kein unpersönliches Ikea-Mobiliar, wir fanden es gemütlich. Man sollte kein Problem mit Treppen haben. Alles gut - Sauberkeit, Heizung, Ausstattung der Küche, Schlüsselübergabe. Es gibt allerdings keinen privaten Parkplatz.

Struttura molto vicina al mare e al centro di porto Maurizio. Comoda anche la zona del parcheggio gratuito e senza parchimetro.
