2 Bedroom Apt in the Heart of the City Centre, perfect Location

The location is excellent, allowing us to reach all the sightseeing spots in Glasgow from the apartment without any inconvenience.  Prices for everything have recently increased, so we appreciate having kitchen facilities available for cooking.  Purchasing groceries is also convenient, as there are supermarkets nearby, such as Tesco Express and Marks and Spencer.

I kindly request that the management address the comfort of the bed. The mattress is not comfortable for travelers, and we hope to rejuvenate our tired bodies through better sleep. Currently, we can only use the middle part of the mattress, as the edges have worn out. If there is any instruction manual available for the kitchen facilities, including the oven and oven toaster, as well as information about laundry facilities, it would greatly enhance the comfort of this apartment for all travelers.

The apartment was situated in the Center of Merchant City. The communication with the hosts was quick and easy.

The quality of the apartment was quite bad. The two bed mattresses were very old and one was too soft. At the second bed, I felt the innersprings, which even hurt. The two carpets were dirty, and the paper wall had spots. Most of the LED- lamps of the ceiling inches kitchen and the entrance hall were broken. The published photos looked much better than the reality. In front of the house was a bar which opened every night until 2 a.m. which was quite noisy.

Excellent communication and service throughout our stay. Step by step details to pick up the key made it really easy. Flat was fully equipped and in a great, central location, near the main stations, hop-on, hop-off bus etc. I would stay there again. The host was super responsive and kind.

The mattress in the non-ensuite room has a lot of wires that you can feel. with one person only, he could avoid the worst of them, but I think a new mattress is needed to be honest. The bed in the other room was really comfortable. Be aware you are in the centre of Glasgow, opposite a bar, so there will be some noise at night. The windows are double glazed and quite effective.
