A nice comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Amenities are close. Plenty of take aways and close to the subway. 20 minute walk from Bellahouston Park. The owner was great and booking in was quick and easy

The hall way was dirty and unkempt.

The house is very good! and spacious, the problem is that there is nothing in the kitchen if you need to fry an egg, forget it, there is no pan! Everything was in terrible condition for use. But the house is great!

Nice house big and spacious

We had trouble finding the place. The bathroom mirror fell off and hit one of us on the chin. But we slept well and felt safe.

This place has still to refund me for a stay I booked for Feb 14th 2025. On arrival we noticed a strong smell of Asian food which we did not mind very much but was very unpleasant then we could not get hot water or heating to work ?? On closer inspection we noticed the sofa bed shown in the pictures was really disgusting covered in dark stains all over it this was to be where my 14yr old daughter was expected to sleep also the kitchen area had food splatter up side of bar/breakfast area and drawers had dirt, loose cornflakes, receipts etc in them ?? After all this we left within an hour of arriving and since then the ignorant landlord has refused to answer his phone to myself or booking.com but more surprisingly booking.com has allowed this thing to continue trading on its site absolute disgusting the way we have been treated they should all be ashamed. P.s I have all the pics to back this up if anyone would like to see them booking.com don't seem very interested .... strange !

Location was ok for us

The apparent was not clean, the boiler didn't work when we arrived with children, so we had to spend nearly an hour to work it out and fix it, the boiler went off again every day and we had to sort it . We found hair in the beds, stained fabric and mattresses, we also found a rubbish left in the sofa bed when we were making the bed. Not happy at all.

Good communication. Clear instructions on how to get in. 20 mins from OVO Hydro. Nice safe walk. 5 mins from subway. Plenty shops takeaways etc nearby.

I told the owner of any issues and I'm confident he's sorted them.
