This large room is a small apartment with an own kitchen and private bathroom. It's super central and ideally located. Pierluigi, the owner, was very communicative and available to help me in any situation.

I thought I'd automatically get the check in information on the day of arrival, as stated here, but I got it after contacting the owner, who was anyway very helpful and quick at answering my message. So, it wasn't a problem. The wi-fi was a bit weak.

Location is central … not free parking if you have car

I think Bed need an improvement, mattresses are not the best , also please find a way that your main door it kept closed .

We have really enjoyed easy check-in, location in the city centre (just 10 minutes walk from the University conference venue). There is a nice Cafe to go for breakfast nearby. And the best - staying in the city during the heatwave the air condition in the room was excellent; not too could, very breezy and refreshing.

I would just add a kettle in the kitchen.

The location is perfect, in the city center and the apartment is very nice, perfectly cleaned and there is all you need. Also the bathroom is big and confortable. The place is also very quiet. Flexible check in and the host was very nice and efficient!

I suggest to remove those fabric shields at the windows because it is not possible to fold them or roll them up and so it is difficult to open the windows.

The apartment was beautiful, everything was clean and nice. The owner was super accomodating and helpful- gave us tips about where to eat, how to pay for parking and everything we needed. I would highly reccomend this apartment.
