"Dissapointing"

We liked the location it was clean and spacious.

It had a musty smell, heating did'nt work, toilet was really noisy and did not flush properly. Also lock in bathroom did'nt work we coul'nt lock it from inside however it locked from outside, therefore we were unable to use bathroom, maintenance man (Lee who was lovley) unfortunately could not fix all the problems due to time of night This was when we decided we coluld no longer stay there.

"its was just perfect"

everything it was clean and tidy , everything we needed for are stay

i think it needs a key box, as the hotel were we pick the keys up from, isn’t close, if you can’t drive

"Accommodation for Goodwood Revival."

Lots of space. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking at front driveway, with direct access to the apartment. Large TV.

The toilet makes a horrific noise when flushed. Enough to wake all guests at night. There is no information about theTV controls, the Internet settings, and the heating. Heated towel rail not working. The two small bedrooms have no windows. Lots of wires and switches with no obvious use.

Was cobwebs everywhere blood on sheets. Electrics went in shower left with no sheets or electrics from the evening till 5pm the next day. No way of contacting other than via hotel we picked keys up from and they could not do anything. So bad

"Good Place to stay, would recommend."

Good location, near a shop. Quiet area, easy access to amenities. Comfortable furniture. Just a really nice place to stay.

Could have instructions for wifi and other info easier to access.

"Mouse droppings in flat"

Good location , spacious apartment

Mouse droppings in two rooms, one was a bedroom which really stressed out my daughter who's petrified of mice, she was scared one would crawl over her at night and wanted to sleep in the car. Toilet roll holder fell off and toilet wouldn't flush properly
